2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 Small Sweet Onion, chopped
½ Cup Dill Pickles, chopped
2 tsp. Hot Sauce (optional)
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 ½ Cup Mayonnaise
1/3 Cup French Dressing
3 TBSP Sweet Relish
2 TBSP Ketchup
2 tsp. White Vinegar
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Celery Seed
1 tsp. Ground Mustard
1 Cup Shredded American Cheese
8 Sesame Seed Hamburger Buns
2 Cups Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
Sliced Tomatoes

Directions—
Step #1—
Brown beef in a big skillet with chopped onions—using a tablespoon of oil if needed. When beef is no longer pink and onions are translucent, add chopped dill pickles, hot sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step #2—
While beef is cooking, mix mayo, French dressing, sweet relish, ketchup, white vinegar, and spices together in a separate bowl until well combined. Add 1.5 cups of sauce to beef mixture. Cook 2-3 minutes, stirring often. Add shredded cheese. Take off heat.
Step #3—
Make Sloppy Joes by scooping a generous heap onto sesame seed buns, then topping with more sauce if you’d like, lettuce, tomatoes and pickle chips. Serve to your family. Make a giant, delicious mess. Save this recipe for later!
