Buffalo Chicken Dip—

 

3 Cups Rotisserie Chicken, shredded (You can cook your own chicken if you’d like, but grabbing a rotisserie is easy and delicious!)

12 oz. Cream Cheese, softened

1 ½ Cup Sour Cream

¾ Cup Frank’s Buffalo Sauce

¼ Cup Ranch Dressing

3 Green Onions, Chopped, reserve some for garnish

2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, reserve a ½ Cup for topping

½ Cup Blue Cheese Crumbles, more for garnish

2 TBSP Garlic Powder

Salt and Pepper, to taste

 

Directions—

 

Step #1—

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place all ingredients, except for garnishes, in a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined. Add ½ cup of shredded cheese to the top.

 

Step #2—

 

Pour into a shallow baking dish or cast-iron skillet. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden. Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles and green onions on top. Serve with your choice of chips, crackers and/or celery. Impress your guests. Win the hosting championship!
