Tis the season for gratefulness! And as Thanksgiving approaches, we want to share some side dishes we are excessively thankful for. First up, we’re sharing an oldie but a goodie: Corn Casserole. We firmly believe this one belongs on every Thanksgiving table. You can’t go wrong with this delicious classic!
𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙚𝙧 𝙀𝙖𝙨𝙮 𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙣 𝘾𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙚
Ingredients—
1 8 oz. Can of Corn
1 17 oz. Can of Cream Style Corn
8 oz. Sour Cream
1 4 oz. Can of Diced Green Chilis (optional)
8 oz. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
¼ Cup Melted Butter
1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
Greased 9x13 Greased Baking Dish
Directions—
Step #1—
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Stir until cornbread and sour cream are completely mixed and no chunks of dry cornbread mix remain.
Step #2—
Pour mixture into greased pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until top is a nice golden brown and inserted knife comes out clean. Serve alongside your turkey. Celebrate your meal, guests, and all you have to be thankful for. Keep the leftovers for yourself.
