Honey Butter

 

Ingredients—

 

1 Cup (2 sticks) Unsalted Butter, room temperature

¼ Cup Local Honey (Local honey helps with allergies, but any honey will make this recipe taste yummy.)

¼ Cup Whipping Cream (optional for a fluffier texture)

2 TBSP Powdered Sugar

1 TBSP Vanilla Extract

¼ tsp Sea Salt

 

Directions—

 

Step #1—

 

Beat butter in a standing mixer with the paddle attachment on medium until smooth.

 

Step #2—

 

Add remaining ingredients to whipped butter and continue beating on medium until ingredients are well-combined. Pause to scrape sides of bowl as needed. Taste as you go and add more salt or honey if desired. Spread immediately on a warm piece of toast, sigh in total satisfaction.

 

**Should be refrigerated. Can be stored in an airtight container up to 2 weeks… if it lasts that long.
