More-Than-7-Layers Bean Dip

Ingredients—

2-3 9oz. Cans of Frito Lay Bean Dip

16 oz. Spicy Chip Dip such as Hiland’s Sassy Salsa or Jalapeno Fiesta Dip (or use 16 oz. sour cream if you prefer it less spicy.)

8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened

2 1 oz. Taco Seasoning Packets

1 lb. Ground Beef

2 Cups Guacamole (recipe down below.)

2 Cups Salsa

2 Cups Finely Shredded Mexican Cheese

3 Cups Shredded Lettuce

3 Roma Tomatoes, diced

Optional Toppings—black olives, red onions, green onions, jalapenos, cotija cheese, and/or crumbled bacon

Directions—

Step #1—

Mix spicy chip dip (or sour cream, if that’s what you prefer) with cream cheese and one packet of taco seasoning.

Step #2—

Brown ground beef. Add in second taco seasoning packet according to packet directions.

Step #3—

Make Guacamole by mashing 4-5 soft avocadoes and mixing with 2-3 diced Roma tomatoes, one bunch chopped cilantro, 1 diced red onion, 3-4 diced jalapenos, salt and pepper to taste, 1-2 TBSP red pepper flakes, 1.5 TBSP sugar, and 3 limes worth of fresh squeezed lime juice.

Step #4—

Layer all ingredients in a 9x13 baking dish or individual serving cups. Start with bean dip, add cream cheese mixture, seasoned beef, guacamole, salsa, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and your choice of toppings. Serve with tortilla chips and/or Fritos Scoops.
