It’s almost time!

We’re just weeks from opening day, and our farm is starting to look ready for you guys! The barn is busy with baby animals, the fields are planted, bumblebees are hard at work pollinating all the blossoms, and the market and kitchen are almost ready to welcome you back. We cannot wait!

Our barns are booming with all kinds of new life and excitement. We’ve welcomed a bunch of babies over the last couple months. We can’t wait for you to meet them. Our baby goats, lambs and donkey are just about the sweetest things you’ll ever see. And we’ve added a few miniature animals to our new Quonset as well. A mini Longhorn cow and a mini donkey! Along with some extra darling alpacas. Plus, you’re going to get a kick out of our duck slide, and all the fun those cuties have on it! Your petting zoo dreams are going to come true this summer at Nelson Produce Farm.

The barrel train, tire pile and hay bales are ready for you to ride, climb and jump! And we’ve added a new slide to the tractor pile, a big ol’ sand pile and roping dummies. Your kids are going to be exhausted at the end of the day from all the fun there is to be had! And maybe you too.

In Pam’s Kitchen, we’re featuring strawberries all of June. We’re serving fresh, handmade strawberry donuts that we can’t wait for you to try. Along with everyone’s summer favorite—Strawberry Shortcake. Another exciting thing we’re offering this year is Pizza and Pie night! Friday nights during the season, we’re serving up woodfire pizzas and fresh strawberry pie. We don’t want you to ever leave Nelson Farm hungry!

With so much to look forward to, we hope to see you opening weekend, June 3rd-6th! Season Passes and Day Passes are NOW AVAILABLE!
